I always shop in M \\u0026 S as I value the good quality products but the Livingston store in particular has gone down hill - stock rotation is extremely disappointing with very poor dates and shelves empty when you are first in the door - I would expect the shelves to be fully stocked with the doors opening but no never are so very disappointed every time I travel to my favourite food shop. Poor show all round.

Good social distancing and other rules in place, although customers have a tendency to wander randomly making it more difficult. (M\\u0026S Food) Good quality produce, highly recommended.

My parents had an accidental in the shop in Livingston and I can honestly say the ladies and the young guy who took care of them were fantastic. They made sure they were okay and offered to get a doctor but typical older generation said they were fine. Think it was more shock and embarrassment they were worried about. Julie and Alison....I can't praise you high enough.

Can always trust M&S for a quality, well fitting shirt.

Was here 14/9/19 around 5.30pm. At the self service checkout the woman on duty (black bobbed hair) Omg she was so abrupt, rude with a look that could kill. Not only to myself but to others too. Atrocious way to behave in a 'customer service' role. Giving one star as it doesn't allow to give zero!

Had a really lovely experience yesterday. Went in to buy food and was served at the checkout by Jennifer.....wonderful customer service. Jennifer couldnt have been more helpful, she was polite and chatty, packed my bags for me and even lifted the heavy bag into my trolley for me......a star customer service and in my opinion above and beyond her actual duties!

Love this M&S. Staff are so helpful. Got a bra fitting and Lynne is the underwear dept was so nice and went out her way to meet my needs. Also signed upto new sparks card. Got 10% off underwear right away. Lots of good deals to cluck onto your card before shopping. Oh and food is always top notch. ð??? Lovely cafe area upstairs where you can sit and relax after a days shopping. Lookung down into Mall. Thanks M&S. Will be back soon x

Time to spend some time on fresh cutlery and new glasses . The employee offered myself and my wife a glass for our juice, I donâ??t normally share my opinion out loud. But the glasses were filthy ( employee said it was the dishwasher that cleans them ) I then went to the cutlery and to my shock all the spoons and forks were disgusting , a different employee noticed , I think she was embarrassed About the condition of them . The food itself was what you would expect from Marks & Sparks , fresh , reasonably priced and well presented , easy fix to get 5* , ( new utensils and glasses )

Had an appointment for 10.30am and was taken right away. I was having a bra fitting, the lady who attended me was a trainee who was very thorough most helpful. She sought out her supervisor to check i had the correct size, once again they were helpful, e, I have arthritis in my hands and made me feel as if I were a special customer. Well done ladies.

Marks and Spencer staff have been friendly and helpful in every store I've been visited but the employee's at Livingston are a level above. Example: a member of staff on the door minutes before closing time who is still polite and accommodating when you explain you need to rush in for one item is surprising to me. I expect most stores would have that member of staff turn people away rather than being welcomed in with a smile. Great service.

Goods fine but no disabled trollies. Been the case for few weeks now. Before that they had one. Does not encourage disabled shopping.
