We were assisted by Emma today in the Livingston store. It?s the best customer/brand experience I?ve had in a long time. She was so helpful explaining the different products and she looked after my 3 year old daughter so well. I was already a returning customer but this experience just makes me want to be an even more frequent visitor.

We were booked in for one of the kids summer parties with Maddison! The girls had so much fun creating their own bath bomb, playing with potions and making characters! They left smiling and already planning to come back soon. Fab event and worth every penny ?

i visited today and had a lovely experience with kirsty. she was extremely welcoming and kind, i was very unsure and nervous about purchasing a curl cream but kirsty was so helpful in helping me choose something but i did not once feel the pressure to buy. she gave me a sample of the cream to take away and try but her outstanding service made me return and buy the curl cream and a few bath bombs. along with this, she also was very approachable, funny and i will definitely be a returning customer after this experience. please make sure she is given the recognition she deserves!!

I went in today wanting skincare products but being unsure on what products were suited for my skin but staff were incredibly kind and and spent time getting to know my skin type and concerns before recommending me the perfect products for it. They also provided some lovely conversations and top tips on how to best use the products I bought. A wonderful experience, I cannot recommend enough. Thank you to the lovely Maddison who served me and the rest of the team.

Incredible service from Sarah Q!
Sarah was amazing, so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She gave me loads of personalised skincare advice and walked me through different treatment. She also gave me a bunch of generous samples to try at home, which really helped me feel confident in what would work for my skin. I left feeling looked after and excited about my skincare again. Fantastic service by Debbie in Livingston Branch today. I have lost my sense of smell since COVID 2021..she took me through a trial of test smells and gave me samples and literature to read up and advice on methods to improve my sense of smell.
Brilliant customer service... having also worked in retail before, I appreciate the extra mile and interest that Debbie took in me...so glad I walked in yesterday.
Debbie you are amazing... keep doing what you're doing..and keep sharing your knowledge and lovely approach with your cheerful young colleague too.

We celebrated my daughters birthday here today and what a fantastic time they all had. All the staff were so nice especially Kat and Debbie they were amazing with the kids and really engaged with them and got them all involved. Well worth the mpney they each got a gift bag full of stuff. Highly recommend going here for a party.

I had a Mothers Day session booked, with my mum & daughter. Turned out to be just the 3 of us that day. Maddison & Daniel were an absolute pleasure to have teaching us how to make the products and the correct way to use them. We all had a hand & arm massage which was just divine. This wee dream team are so knowledgeable and the loveliest young adults ??. Thank you very much for an amazing experience and fantastic goody bag!
