well same as most bookies. But as they failed to pay me out on my winning bet for 100 pounds, I'm not best impressed. I was told when I went to collect that my bet was a second late. Now my gripe here is that if my bet had lost. No one from ladbrokes would have called me over to refund me my 20 pounds because I was a second late putting it on!!!!!! Only when you win and go to collect. I was actually told you should check all loosing slips as well as winners to avoid any confusion!!!! Joke. cause when I started to do this through princable. Staff were not impressed cause I was now wasting there time. Well you just can't win at the bookies!!!!!!
