I visited Kwik fit Livingston in April for a safety check of my Suzuki Splash to see if its ready for the isle of skye trip. I visited them just 4 days before my trip. They identified issue with the brake and recommended to fix it before the trip. They gave me a quote which was quite competitive which they further discounted on my request. They were generous enough to give me an ad-hoc Saturday afternoon appointment on Saturday Morning as I was not finding appointment anywhere else. They fixed the issue. actual price of fixing was lesser then what they gave quote for so I got a further reduced bil then what I negotiated for :-). It all was last minute and they were quite accomodative and helping. I owe my trip to them. Next month that is in May I went for another trip tp Wales and went for pre-check to Kwikfit, no issues came up ten. Big thanks to you Kyle [Asst - Manager] and Louise

Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I received an appointment within one day. The price was also very good. Other garages had trouble diagnosing the problem, and their prices were much higher, along with the availability of spare parts. I'm very pleased with the customer service and professional service. Paul, the manager, is truly excellent and very patient, explaining everything clearly. I will definitely use them in the future. I also liked the Kwik Fit radio while waiting for the repair.

I honestly can?t thank the team enough at deans kwik fit absolutely amazing, Paul was incredible I was in a state as desperately needed my car for taking my auntie for cancer treatment, and he was so helpful on the phone when got the up there they did it right away, no more flat tyre woohoo, the guys where all amazing, so happy thanks again, x

Staff took time to listen to my concerns about my car and was able to take my car in for inspection there and then. I felt happy with the explanation and work done, and was also advised about potential issues which will need addressed soon. I was also sent a helpful summary report. Great service thank you!

We had a problem with a rear tyre on the way to our holiday and this was the closest tyre place near the M8. Even though they were busy and short staffed the person we spoke to examined the wheel within an hour, re-calibrated the wheels and told us he didn't believe the tyre was faulty, that perhaps it had been knocked and the seal had gone. He was absolutely right. He very kindly didn't charge us. Great service.

I visited this Kwik Fit branch for a simple wheel alignment, trusting the brand so I didn?t ask too many questions upfront. I was shocked to later find out they added an extra £164.95 charge for an ADAS dynamic calibration that I never requested or even discussed.
I only came in for an alignment. there were no dashboard warnings, no sensor faults, nothing to indicate any ADAS issue. Yet they decided to perform and charge for something completely unnecessary without my consent.
I feel completely misled. This felt like an upsell tactic on someone who trusted them to do the right thing. Be very careful ? always ask for a full breakdown before agreeing to anything, even for something as basic as an alignment.
Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

I got a tyre valve and TPMS sensor replaced at Kwik Fit Pumpherston about two weeks ago. Yesterday tyre pressure error light flahsed up and I had no idea what happened. I took the car to Kwik Fit Carmondean where Paul the manager there explained clearly to me what they would do to find out the problem and how much I should be looking at. The next day I took the car there and they quickly found out it was the sensor fitted at KF Pumpherston causing the issue. They fixed it quickly for free. I really appreciate Paul for his quick help.

Absolute scammers, went to get all 4 new tyres fitted in Livingston branch. They took my sensors out and I've had TPMS light on since. Took my car for an MOT somewhere else to only find out that they took my sensors out. Have to pay £120 for new sensors, as mine were taken out. Learn from my mistakes and don't use them.
