I tried to return a pair of trainers and was told they had been worn outside. I tried them on in my living room as they were a present. The staff were terrible. I wiped the dust from them and they looked brand new. I will never shop here again. I returned them to another branch which proves their incompetence. Lol ? ? ?

20 minutes waiting in a que get to the tills and the staff are to busy messing around and joking with each other had ask them to please pay attention others in que made the same comments

Mega upset as I returned an item through Klarna, did it in the app and boom the shop has them declined my refund and are asking me for £60. I contacted Klarna for clarification, they said jd have refused it. I?m not paying it again. Terrible shop and management

Terrible. Chaotic shop.
Staff pleasant enough but lots of them hanging about doing nothing.
On a quiet Monday afternoon I waited about 45 minutes for shoes. We knew exactly what we wanted when we went in and the whole process from getting the shoes to paying for them was about 45 minutes.
Poorly managed shop.
I wouldn?t bother going to the shop and just order online instead.
