There were a number of items on sale and even though there was a transition in stock to Halloween products the disruption was kept to a minimum. “I had a wonderful experience from both Elle & Lisa at the Livingston store. I went in the other day to purchase a few K-Pop albums & Elle was lovely throughout the entire transaction.
Unfortunately one of the albums I purchased did not come with a photocard inclusion. I popped in today to see what could be done about this as I know it's quite an unusual & hard thing to prove but Lisa was super helpful & didn't hesistate to provide an exchange for the album. She also offered to open the album right there just to make sure everything was inside the new one & it was!
