Have shopped in Holland & Barrett for several years. Today, at Livingston, was the worst experience I have had. One member of staff didn't seem to know what I was talking about, the other shouted it's down here and shot off to serve someone else. Product could not be found so walked out. No sale

Was in Holland and Barrett Livingston today and bought Nailsinc Pressed Juniper nail varnish. It is fabulous a lovely broad brush and one application is great no second coat needed love the colour thank you I?ll be going back for different colours!
