A very understanding and helpful manager who went above and beyond when he heard that I had driven 20 miles to get the items for an Edinburgh Fringe Show.
Now I will go to Hobbycraft first when looking for anything arts and crafts.

Got afternoon tea here from friends for our Golden Wedding. It was absolutely wonderful. Food was totally gorgeous, tasty and delicious and presented beautifully. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend. Will be back to sample full menu !!!

The shop in itself is good, although could benefit from wider aisles. Most of the staff members are genuinely lovely.

it has some items that I have not seen in other hobbycraft shops
I mainly go to collect an order as other shops did not have stock
