Staff glare at you and follow you around the store as if you're stealing to try and intimidate you. Extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and uncomfortable environment, feels like they treat everyone like they're a criminal until they buy something.

I put this place in Google Maps and when I arrived at the destination there was no sign of any HMV? Where is this even located, it didn?t even exist.

I had a wonderful experience from both Elle & Lisa at the Livingston store. I went in the other day to purchase a few K-Pop albums & Elle was lovely throughout the entire transaction.
Unfortunately one of the albums I purchased did not come with a photocard inclusion. I popped in today to see what could be done about this as I know it's quite an unusual & hard thing to prove but Lisa was super helpful & didn't hesistate to provide an exchange for the album. She also offered to open the album right there just to make sure everything was inside the new one & it was!

Very good service from kris, she helped us find the last Renee rapp vinyl for me and my son and was very cheerful and let me son see the colour of the vinyl before buying!

Lovely service from Sheila @ The Livingston HMV Store. I couldn?t find the new Chris Stapleton vinyl. Sheila found one that was in the wrong place - I was so pleased as it was the last.Such a friendly, chatty lady! A short interaction but very pleasant and memorable. A little kindness goes a long way.

Member of staff was glaring at me the whole time I was in the store, giving me and my girlfriend dirty looks while she was standing at the till. We left, feeling very uncomfortable and when we walked past later on, she continued to glare at us any time we passed the store. She had dark hair with light patches dyed on the front and back at different sides. Very unprofessional and this isn't the first time this has happened in this store, another staff member previously was giving me dirty looks, she had red hair but I'm not sure if it is the same now, but I saw the two talking to each other a few times and it just felt very uncomfortable.

Has changed its name and layout recently and has gone from having not a massive catalogue of music in store to now relatively next to nothing and is not organised well what they do have.
