Popped by after discovering a nail in my tire. Puncture repair done and back on the road In 15 minutes. Repaired and
Balanced and no damage at all to my alloy.
Receptionist was lovely and a good laugh.

I recently came across HiQ in Livingston and took my car in for a few repairs. From start to finish my experience with HiQ has been nothing short of first class.
The lady at reception is welcoming, honest and very kind.
The lads in the garage are excellent too.
I had recently been messed around by a few garages and quoted some extortionate prices but HiQ were very fair with prices and seem to genuinely care about their customers.
I will not hesitate in using their services again in future.

The lady at the reception was very kind and welcoming. Big applause to the young man who did the wheel balancing on my Mercedes ? 100% perfect! I?ll definitely come back to them for my next tire change. Highly recommend!

I've been taking my car to HiQ Livingston for the last 5 years. I've been meaning to write this review for a while.They are the most honest and trustworthy garage I've ever used. They never do work to your car that doesn't need done - this is the reason they are always so busy, and its because they are the best at what they do.I wouldn't go anywhere else, and highly recommend.

Excellent service, found via Google after the local VW garage didn't have a slot available for nearly a week. Was able to pop in immediately. Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Absolutely great staff especially the Rae, we were heading down south when my tire alarm went off I put air in at a garage but it was dark and I put in to much air and it was still reading faulty and I went to 3 quick fix and none of them could check until after 3 pm and it was just after 9am, but we here and were on our way with-in an hour and no charge

Very aggressive when questioned about the work carried out and when taken cars back to get them fixed again still not done had to take both my cars to a different garage and they had found bolts missing and done hand tight and have photos to prove ladies on reception very nice and polite
