Amazing travel agents simply the best! After booking our holiday all was good until easyjet decided to change the day and times of the flight and wanted to cancel out holiday. The team worked their magic saved our holiday and couldn't have been more helpful went way above and beyond. Very impressed will definitely be back when booking future holidays. The go to place in Livingston when you need to book a holiday! Thanks sooo much.

Initially happy with booking until it came to receiving documentation a few weeks before departure.Flight times changed without advising, hays also never told us we wouldn?t be allowed duty free from the connecting flight, £270 worth of good wasted at Heathrow, didn?t advise us we?d need to pay resort fees or a deposit if £300 to the hotel.Attraction passes not received and noone would call me back. Only managed to sort it when I went into the store two days before I departed and the young lady I spoke to had massive attitude.Extremely disappointed.
