If I could I would give this shop which is in the Livingston shopping centre NO STARS at all.\\nKEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.\\nRUDE OLDER STAFF MEMBER.\\nWhet into this shop 28.4.22 too look at a piece of jewelry was handed it by the younger staff member after I handed over my driving license, this was policy I was told. I have never ever been asked this anywhere in my life.\\nI was looking at the item with a loop which gives 10 x appearance, I had in total max 5 minutes holding it thinking should I buy it when the RUDE OLDER STAFF MEMBER Appeared from round the side out of view staying that your had it too long and hand it over just like that, she said this was company policy.\\nThere was no one else in the shop at the time and it takes longer than 5 minutes to decide to buy something which was just under 1,300 pounds.\\nI had telephoned head office and reported her and asked about company policy regarding the time that you can look at an item, which I was told that they will get back to me.\\nDoes this shop make up the own \\\"COMPANY POLICY'.\\nI WILL NEVER GO BACK INTO THIS SHOP AGAIN AND TAKE MY ADVICE DONT GO THERE.\\nI had bought a painting from a branch in Edinburgh and my experience was totally different.\\nThe person was polite and helpful NOT LIKE LIVIGSTON.
