Why would I go to Greg's to get a cold pie ..when I can get a cold pie in Asda.. really I thought it would all be hot fast food things not cold...it puts you off going there..when you want a quick bite ..I'll just wait until IAM in my house..and make a hot snk myself..it was good a some point..but now .the product is served ? cold..not ? hot.?

I was queueing for the last breakfast roll and a young chap took it from the shelf and binned it in front of me to replace it with wedges for the lunch menu. At 10am?? Also, that?s food?? I know food waste is a huge problem with big chains, but seeing perfectly good food being binned so cheerfully in plain sight of customers without a second thought was?. Meh.

We had breakfast here this morning, and as my husband was placing our order, he couldn't hear properly what the old lady behind the counter was saying, and while she repeated everything, she was extremely snappy at my husband and had a terrible and impolite attitude the entire time. I noted her name but chose not to reveal it. Either she was having a bad day (which we all have and is completely understandable), or she has a strong aversion to serving people of other races. If it is the latter, I suppose the question is whether such a person is appropriate (especially) for a customer facing role?

Usually happy with the items on sale at Greggs , only issue I have sometimes is the sausage rolls aren't cooked long enough and so pastry isn't cooked thoroughly .

Franchise? Within Asda fuel station.
Clean and bright. Well stocked and fast service.
A bit more expensive than 'normal' Gregg's. Some limited parking right at the door and easy access for wheelchairs.

The staff here were brilliant! Welcoming, helpful, friendly and patient. I?d never been to a Greggs before. Only went to this one in Livingston because it was the only place open that early in the morning. I?d go back in a heartbeat.

We go every Saturday morning to Greggs in Livingston for Breakfast which we enjoy. Staff are friendly and we enjoy the location.
Our problem is that, more often than not, they do not have the eggs/ omelette for the breakfast rolls or banquettes- if we go to other Greggs branches they normally have the omelette available. May seem trivial but as it is on the menu, surely it should be available?
