I visited the branch today to go on holiday abroad for the first time. I had no clue how the exchange rates worked but Jenna took her time to explain it and maked sure I properly understood what I was doing with my money. I genuinely think she had my best interest at heart and helped me get the best rate by offering me the 600 euros for a better deal. Very impressed
