The service I received today was not of a high standard. I was ready to walk away because of it . I have spent £1600! And would have thought there would be a guarantee with a diamond eternity ring , you?d have thought I?d spent a few pounds the way it was handled . They couldn?t get it done quick enough .

We went into Ernest jones today to make a purchase. We were served by Kelly who was the most patient person ever while I was constantly changing my mind over what to buy.
The store was busy with people coming and going but we didn?t feel rushed whilst we made a purchase which I will love when it arrives (we had to order in as out of stock size in the store but it comes next day delivery!)

Absolutely fantastic buying experience! Kyla was incredible, so attentive, patient and helpful. We went there twice and tried on a plethora of wedding rings. I really wanted to ensure we picked the right one! The second time we visited, she greeted us with a warm familiar smile and was more than happy to go through a selection again. She wasn?t pushy, or demanding. In fact, we loved her patient manner and finally picked my forever ring! Thank you so much for a wonderful, unforgettable moment in time that will stay with us forever?the day we picked my wedding ring.

Hello, Let me tell you a story. I bought a watch off of Ebay and sought help to figure it out at the Ernest Jones store in the Livingston Outlet. I was met by a very nice lady named Michelle who was a total ninja when it came to watches. The watch I bought in was a swiss divers watch, and she figured it out without the watches manual , and without breaking a sweat. I have been in three times to ask advice, she has calmly and professionally answered all my questions. I will now take all my watches into her for new batteries and or servicing, I will also take my old G-Shock in for her to fix. Michelle, exudes confidence, and in a humble way deals with each problem as it comes up. I do not normally leave Google reviews, but Michelle's quality of service and attitude, prompted me to go on Youtube to figure out how to leave one, ha. Katrina welcomed us with a genuine approach, she was so natural and the experience of us buying our wedding ring was made extra special. She definitely new what I needed to set of my engagement ring, as I didn't have a real idea. Safe to say both me and my partner are very happy with our choices and the easy of the experience.

We went into Ernest jones last Saturday 29/06 to look at wedding rings for our upcoming wedding in sep . We had been in numerous jewellers and the experience wasn?t great . I wasn?t expecting great things well how wrong were we . Katrina listened offered her advice and went the extra mile to make sure we had loads of time to decide on what we liked .
Today we went back to pick up our rings and I?m in love with mine , can?t wait to become a Mrs to wear it everyday , and Katrina was back on hand to see it all come together .
I can?t thank her enough and even gave her a wee cuddle before we left .??

Great experience today. We were told to speak to the manager last time we were in to help us with the shape of my engagement ring. Store manager Michelle was very helpful and has got my ring back to its originally shape and looks nearly as good as new for no cost. She also inspected the condition and reassured me it looks ok. Michelle also helped with my fiancé wedding band which was tight. She stretched it and now he's happy he can get it on and off his finger more easily
