Sold my partner a phone & broadband contract on the pretense that I could also join the household deal once I was ready to upgrade. Now that I'm ready to upgrade, EE have now moved the goalposts and I can't join this deal unless I change my account to my partner's name and wait another 3 months while my account is frozen. They now expect me to continue paying a phone contract for 3 months for a phone that's already paid for, or pay their extortionate 1-month sim-only deals that are terrible value for money (and won't contribute anything towards a new phone) for 3 months. I'm also not a 12 year old child and wouldn't mind my own phone contract being in my own name...
We would've saved much more money going with YouFibre and shopping around for phone contracts!

Tried to get a battery repair for £50 like the website advertised. I was told twice it would be £300. I am totally disgusted with this miss selling and vow to never use ee again.

Not very helpful, and always say to go online to sort out any problems don't see the point of them having a shop open if they not willing to help in anyway

Got myself into a pickle trying to set up an eSim, ended up deactivating my sim card and was without an active number, very helpful advisor sorted out a replacement physical sim card, answered a ton of questions and would not hesitate heading back to this shop if i got into difficulty again, thanks for getting me back up and running

Have been with EE for near enough 10 years and after my experience in the Livingston store, I?m now with o2. I was ?assisted? by Nads (Nadeem), he was very patronising and dismissive. I told I wanted to pay around £50 on my new contract as on my current contract I was paying £70 a month. Nads didn?t listen to anything I had to say (except what phone I wanted) and proceeded to price up on the same tariff as I was already on, I explained I wasn?t wanting to pay £70 which he advised and I was only wanting to pay around £45-£50 but he didn't give me any options it was £70 or nothing. He was very dismissive about this and when I asked to take the paper he had written on with all the details of my new plan, he was very quick to get up and explain how I could leave EE and explained how I can port my number over to o2. I felt this whole situation could of been dealt with better and more professionally. Over at o2 I was offered a better plan for a lot less money.
