I recently got a new bed from dreams.From the start to the actual delivery of the bed the service was very good.
The 2 guys that delivered the new bed and dismantled and took away the old bed were Scott and Kevan.They were excellent and nothing was too much bother for them.

I was greeted this afternoon in the livingston dreams store by Ellie, a lovely woman who was extremely friendly and helpful she showed us the sleep match machine and helped me with the machine and selecting pillows to my fancy, she took us around the store and helped us decide on what mattress bed frame and pillow would be best suited for myself. She offered myself and my parents a drink, overall Ellie was a great help to me in the store and was very informative and helpful to me and my parents. Thank you again Ellie!

My partner and I recently visited Dreams to shop for a new mattress and were really impressed with the overall experience. The Sleepmatch technology was a fantastic tool ? it gave us a tailored recommendation based on our individual sleep needs and preferences, which made narrowing down options so much easier.
Darren who assisted us was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the results of the Sleepmatch test and guided us through several mattress options that matched our profile. His customer service was excellent from start to finish ? we never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely supported in finding the right fit for us.

We recently visited Dreams in search of a new mattress, and our experience was absolutely fantastic, largely thanks to Billy on the sales floor.
From the moment we walked in, Billy was welcoming and attentive without being pushy. He took the time to genuinely understand what we were looking for ? asking about my sleep preferences, any aches or pains, and got us to try dreams sleep match experience,and asked about our budget. He clearly wasn't just trying to make a quick sale; he wanted to find the right mattress for us.
He patiently guided us through trying several options and listened carefully to our feedback after trying each bed and adjusted his recommendations accordingly.
Thanks to Billy's expertise and genuine care, I walked out feeling confident we found the perfect mattress for our needs. He made what can be a daunting process feel easy, informative, and even enjoyable!
Beyond Billy's outstanding service, the store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection. The checkout process was smooth and efficient.

Excellent service at Livingston store, first time buying a mattress ever, Scott was helpful and attentive, did not feel rushed to make a decision- given ample time to decide.
Used the dreams computer device to help us narrow down our choices.
We were offered refreshments during our visit which is always appreciated.
Mattress arrived on time, delivery men were efficient.
Mattress very comfy, no issues, having good nights sleep on this mattress.
We chose The Hyde & Sleep hybrid ice K mattress.
