Bailey was absolutely fantastic and a great help. The shop has a lot of choice and the prices are hard to find better anywhere else. They even sometimes has events on for 20% off, which makes the prices even better.

Unfriendly customer service, only shop I know that does not offer student discount if bank card?s name does not match verified student ID name. Not all students can work whilst studying.

Hi, I would just like to share a negative experience I had at the Livingston outlet store today. Me and my partner were queuing to get in the store (I understand the queuing for social distancing purposes within the store). Now we had stood in an L shape at the back of the queue so not to block the entrance to a neighbouring store, and there were 2 other customer behind. We were then approached by a member of staff from your store who told us we could not queue like that and we would have to leave and go else where. The main reason I went shopping today but I felt the woman?s attitude was very confrontational and rude, and basically said to us that we were not welcome to shop there. The woman was an older lady with blonde hair tied in to a pony tail. I love shopping at your stores but after the way we were spoken to today, I don?t think I will be returning.I understand the need to queue at this moment in time, however many other stores in the centre have made provisions for longer lines and are managing the situation extremely well, your store however felt as though they couldn?t really care less, as only 3 people could queue for the store and everyone else was basically being told to get lost by this particular member of staff.

Store manager was very rude. Stood waiting in a que when there were only six people in the store. Basically got shouted at as we tried to enter that 'you can't just enter, we are trying to manage rhis'. Felt most unwelcome. Don't think people should have to beg to spend money in your store!. Don't recommend Livingstone store at all.
