5 star across the board,purchased 2 Boss bracelets.1 of them i didnt realise it was adjustable
Initial purchase was with I think Alessandra , she was extremely attentive and cheery, also advised on insurance which i am really clumsy so it was a great idea to insure.
I returned to the store on wednesday and spoke to 2 females who were lovely.checked the paurchase date and explained i could bring the bracelet back.
Went back today and spoke with Amy who is new and training at livingston before going to South Gyle.
Amy will go far and is an asset to chisholm and hunter as are all her colleagues
Any demostrated how i was to operate the clasp.
Amy was cheery and i will be back again for the necklace.

I would not reccomend buying anything from Chisholm Hunter.
My engagement ring broke after a year of having it and they tried to charge me £800 to get it fixed. When I took it for a 2nd opinion, the metal in the ring had deteriorated so this should be covered by the warranty. I took it back to them and they agreed to send it away for 12 weeks which resulted in the ring being covered by warranty and replaced. After 4 weeks of having my ?new? ring back. It broke again, it was the exact same problem as the first time. Again they said they could send this away to get looked at but I advised I wanted a refund due to my wedding being 5 months away. They refused this & the staff in the shop showed no sympathy at all & told me ?this ring is not suitable as an engagement ring? so I was left thinking why sell me it then? I was sold a ring that was not fit for purpose. The waiting period for the ring being sent away is 12 weeks. I waited 18 WEEKS to hear back from them. To which point my wedding was a month away and I was left without and engagement ring & wedding band. due to the nature of the engagement ring I couldn?t just choose a simple band. When I did hear back from them they told me that it had broke due to my fault, to which I told them I?d like to see Proof from the manufacturer that this is what they?ve said. They could not provide me with any. I told them I wanted to get a 2nd opinion (like I did the first time) but weirdly, they offered to give me a brand new ring and cover the costs of the damage. Which I found odd due to it being £800 to fix it the first time but now they want to do a a ?goodwill gesture? and cover the costs? By this point it was too late and I had to source and engagement ring else where. I told them I did not want to go ahead with the repair yet they done it anyway. Just to get out giving me a refund for selling me false goods. The manager in store provided no sympathy at all during the time of this whole situation. They are sneaky & know exactly what they done. I lost out on a lot of money. I also submitted a formal complaint in November. It?s now 6 months later & I?ve never heard anything back. Over all I?d not recommend anyone to buy from here, they were so close to ruining my wedding & leaving me with no ring. But thanks to the independent jewellers I went to, they sorted me out.

The lovely Steph helped my husband find the watch he was after. She was so helpful and friendly but never pushy. The store manager was so lovely too. Definitely recommend the store, thanks Ladies ?

I recently purchased a ring from the Livingston branch and was served by Guillermina, she was excellent, could not have been more helpful. She put me at ease got me comfortable let me take my time whilst offering lots of options. She showed genuine interest in me and what I was looking for. There was a minor issue after I left and Guillermina even chased me down the shopping centre to make sure it wouldn?t be an issue! Which it wasn?t. A few of the rest of the team also said hello, I found the whole experience to be welcoming, friendly and Guillermina truly couldn?t have done more to help. Thank you so much!

We were ?window? shopping although I had the exact thing I was looking for in my minds eye. Rhona popped out to see if she could assist and assist she did. Her and her fellow colleagues were very helpful so much so window shopping turned into an unexpected purchase. Highly recommend for customer service

I was looking at a Hamilton watch but couldnt find the one i really liked in the store .Rhona was very helpful & knowledgeable & went out her way to find the one I was looking for. I can't thank her enough for her help & customer service which was second to none . Even got a hand written note a week later thanking me for my purchase. Would recommend to anyone

Great experience with the staff in the shop, I was dealing with Rhona who was a delight and very knowledgeable on the watches I was buying, would for sure go back again in the future as her service and mannerisms were A+ !!!

went into shop in Livingston centre, the male older man didn't even look at my watches ( his loss) told me they didn't deal with these watches even though they have one on website.looked at me like a bit of dogs poo on shoe,spoke to me always walking away.sorry I had jeans and t shirt on and not a suit.went to local pawn shop in centre and they were great gave me all info I needed on watch.avoid this company unless you wear a suit and you call yourself ONE.

Rhona at the livingston branch recently helped my dad and I pick a ring out for my mums 60th birthday. She was so helpful, listened to everything we had to say, and a total delight! We will definitely come back to Rhona in the future!

Went in to buy a birthday gift for a friend & the customer service was excellent. I was served by Rhona who was so friendly & helpful in helping me choose what I was looking for.
