If I could give 0 stars I would. All the staff are rude not one of them ever smile. I took a sonos speaker in to be told it was tested just needed to sing out accout done that took it back for the same boy to go it wasn't tested clearly lying to customers. Took 3 hours for them to say that. Wasted my full day. Complete time wasters. I would stay clear. I have been in quite alot and definitely won't be back.. the shop is horrendous between the staff attitude and the smell. You could tell your staff it's nice to greet people inteasd of looking like we are inconveniences to them. They all looked so depressed i feel depressed and smelly when I come out that shop. I don't usually leave reviews but this shop has annoyed me that much past few time av been in.

Staff are rude they never smile lie to your face to cover own backs definitely no customer service whatsoever. Made me wait 3 hours to test something what I was told was tested and I just has to sing out my ac our done that for guy to shout in shop it wasn't tested s9 why lie about it and expected me to wait another 24 hours for a test. Bloody joke of a shop and staff. Stay clear. I only gave 1 star as couldn't leave none they don't even deserve 1 star

Went in to buy a Sonos play:1 speaker. Guy at counter said he couldn?t sell me it as it had a play:3 tag in front of it so couldn?t verify the product even though it?s on their website. Didn?t try to find out, just refused to sell it. First and last time I?ll use cex.

Was in to trade in few weeks ago, brought in bank statement. Was told won?t have to do it again. Today was told by rude staff member (young bloke) who didn?t care even though I had voucher with me showing trade in and a date. I have almost 20k worth of trade ins and shopping at Cex but it?s getting worse and worse with time. They completely don?t care about customers anymore.

I was only person in queue waiting. Person behind counter knew I was there but didn't make eye contact, then walked off to side and called on soneone else to serve (he was more excited about a game someone has traded in). The other person took a few mins to come to the counter. It's never a pleasant experience going to this shop as the staff are arrogant, patronising and disinterested.

Im a tech guy so these shops are great, so far I've been looking for hard to find pieces of hardware and the shop has managed to provide, - woohoo. The shops themselves as always vary from location from shop size to staff.
