Karen and Gary have provided amazing customer service. Gary came to our house twice to measure up rooms for us as we decided at the last minute to add some more on, and he was excellent both times. Karen has answered all of my 100 questions promptly and has a very warm and friendly manner with customers (especially clueless ones!!) Thank you both so much!

Bought carpets for my elderly mother's new house. Good service from the store, staff were knowledgeable and helpful. We bought carpets for the whole house and arranged fitting for a Saturday morning.The fitters were great! Paul, Coll and Gary were fast clean and very helpful. They did the whole house in three hours, helped with the furniture and made sure all the door thresholds were nice and level for my mother's walking trolley. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
