I visited this café today and had a disappointing experience with the service. I ordered a slice of soufflé cake, but the young man serving me initially gave me an old and disgusting looking slice from the back of the counter, with berries on top that were clearly not edible anymore. When I asked for a fresher slice, he claimed it wasn?t available because it was frozen. However, I had to insist, and he eventually gave me the fresh slice I asked for?which, unsurprisingly, was not frozen at all.
A message to the young man who served me: As a paying customer, I expect fresh and safe food, not old leftovers that should have been binned. Please do not compromise your customers? safety by serving food that is no longer fit for consumption. Everyone deserves quality and care, and this experience left me questioning the café?s standards.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as one or a few of your customers could have been poisoned today.

It is always a pleasure to grab a coffee and cake here. The refurbishment looks great and has obviously given more seating. The staff are always polite and efficient - whenever we visit the Designer outlet, this is always our first port of call, love the loyalty cards now in place too! ?
Vegetarian options: Cakes/pastries are marked whether suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Dietary restrictions: I would always suggest asking a member of the team regarding dietary requirements.
Parking: As the establishment is incorporated into the designer outlet, there are a number of car park spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is space to accommodate wheelchair users.

Someone needs to have a chat with the barista who is male, wears glasses, dark hair and around late 20s / early 30s. He?s consistently rude and rolls his eyes when you ask him anything. He simply has no customer service skills and everything is a hassle. He gives an aura that he hates being there and customers are a pain. I pick up on this as have several others - it?s not the first complaint so raising to franchise manager and Nero HQ this time. He needs to find another job or stop rolling your eyes at customers.
