Filthy tables all round ,looks like does not get cleaned during the day ,dread to think wot like behind the scenes ,we left ,50 mins later still filthy tables and tables cluttered, floors black ,avoid

"Stopped by Burger King in Livingston and had a fantastic experience! James was absolutely outstanding with his customer service ? friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It?s not every day you leave a fast-food place feeling like you?ve just been at a 5-star restaurant!
The food was fresh, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was great. And here?s the kicker ? when I asked James if the fries were hot, he said, ?Hot enough to melt the King?s crown!? Safe to say, they were perfect!
If you're in Livingston and craving a burger, this is the place to be. Thanks again, James, for making it such a great visit!"

Need to put toilet paper in the bathrooms, also needs to spray the bathrooms and clean them we went in and they stinked I even had to run to the disabled bathroom for toilet paper.

Great restaurant and good atmosphere got help from a manager called Ryan he was so helpful from start to finish with my order and offered to bring it across for me as I had a young child with me

My mother is not very good at technology as she is older. A very nice women helped her to take an order at the kiosk on Tuesday when she was shopping on her own in the Centre. My mum mentioned she is always very kind and give her a warm welcome. Usually other staff members are mean when she asks their help so I am really appreciate to Esther, as she was very understandable with her concerns and did not leave her feel like she is stupid just because she is old. Keep up your good work nice lady, amazing customer service. Thanks for your empathy!!!

Staff aren't able to serve you at the till point!!! You have to use touch screen displays?? Poor service team laughed actually laughed at my reaction to a ridiculous service. Won't be using BK again!! Already over priced and now it would seem it's 100% self service next they'll be asking you to cook your own food AVOID!!!
