Your Livingston store has gone a wonderful transformation since the last time I was in a few months ago.The new staff were so professional and when we were in looking for a new mattress and some new bedroom furniture they could not have been more helpful.We picked some delightful stuff and it was delivered to us 2 days later.Thank you all.

Really great selection and usually the staff are very helpful and friendly. Today I went in and decided to buy 2 items. The woman at the til ignored me for 15 mins while she talked to a ?customer? who was a pal going from their conversation. A young man who was lovely helped me, once we got back to the til he then said ?the lady will serve you once she?s done with this customer? and instead the lady snapped at him and demanded to serve me instead so she could continue her conversation with her friend. Poor service from a usually lovely shop with great staff.

Had a great experience at the store today. The team was completely courteous, patient, and genuinely warm. I was impressed by the high quality of the goods and the very reasonable pricing. Best of all, the customer service was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional, and I especially appreciated the support from Michelle at the till, Jamie, and the store manager ? also named Michelle ? who were particularly attentive. They made me feel welcome and seemed truly happy in their work. Thank you all!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Declan and Stevie from the British Heart Foundation deliver my sofa, and I must say, their service was exceptional. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were professionals who took great pride in their work. Both Declan and Stevie handled the delivery with the utmost care, ensuring that my new sofa was not only delivered on time but placed exactly where I wanted it, without a scratch or a hitch.
They took the time to carefully navigate through doorways and around furniture, showing a level of consideration I truly appreciated. They made the whole process seem effortless, all while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. It?s clear that these two drivers are dedicated to providing the best possible service for the British Heart Foundation, and their attention to detail and respect for my home made a huge impression.
I couldn?t be more satisfied with the experience. Declan and Stevie went above and beyond, and I?m incredibly grateful for their hard work and professionalism. If you ever need delivery services, I highly recommend them?what a fantastic team!

I'm struggling for words for this. There is a time and a place to shout and scream especially regarding stupidity.
Saturday afternoon l asked to purchase a reduced item that been on the shop floor for AGES!
I've purchased before and l know they like/want items to be collected in 2 days. I said to the staff member that l get my van back on the Tuesday morning early when l could pick it up.
After a LONG discussion with another male member of staff the answer was a CLEAR NO!!!!!
I walked out is absolute disgust. I past by the shop 5 days later and the item is still there!!!
Dear Heart Foundation...I WILL NEVER WALK THROUGH YOUR DOORS EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Terrible service!
Attempted to donate a bunk bed and wardrobe which was in perfect condition and could have been put to use by someone. Applied online for collection, received a call from the store to confirm items, I was then asked if they dismantled to which I said yes (no way to get a built up bunk bed out the house without dismantling) which I was told that's fine, we need it dismantled.
Collection day arrived, was called to state be there between 11-1 in which I waited, they then didn't arrive for almost an hour later by this time I was on a work call which I had to pause, the driver was then rude to me because I didn't answer the door immediately and then asked if I had the instructions to build, I said no, it's 4 years old. He then went on to say I shouldn't have dismantled it as there is no one in the shop to build it! I told him I was asked to dismantle them and how else was I to get it out the house. He told me to call the shop and complain!
We then called the shop which they then had to call us back as didn't have the answers, finally called back to be told yes unless you have the instructions we can't accept the furniture. Absolutely crazy rules to expect anyone to keep instructions for a bunk bed when they could have quit possibly googled it and found the instructions and then had a perfectly good donation!

I recently purchased a sofabed from the British Heart Foundation, but my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite providing the correct contact details, the delivery was not made because an employee entered my phone number incorrectly. As a result, the delivery person couldn't contact me and didn't make any effort to verify the address by checking with the neighboring house.
When I contacted the shop to address this issue, instead of acknowledging their mistake, they demanded an additional £30 for a re-delivery. This charge was unfair, considering it was their employee's error that led to the failed delivery.
Overall, I would not recommend buying from British Heart Foundation. Their customer service is poor, and you might end up paying extra for their mistakes. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable retailer.

Had abuse from delivery driver as 2 of them couldn't remove my sofa I managed it by myself made full compliment towards driver and towards the store as they have no customer service your doing them a favour not other way around head office were more then understanding
