Due to having surgery, I required the use of a toilet heading to the airport. My son stopped the car here and at 4.00am on the 1st July there was a gentleman on the forecourt cleaning up the girl working inside kindly opened the doors to let me in. I can't thank this business enough. Excellent service!

Rudest man serving. Fuel station being re-done so no fuel just shop available. Cannot believe how rude the man was.

They may aswel just be a cafe its the only thing they have interest in serving... don't go for deisel you won't find any... well over 5 months and no change... also if u do decide... oh sod it one time ill just jump in here... be prepared to queue for genuinely ages... they have 2 staff stocking shelves while one deals with customers queuing out the door... priorities are shocking.. biggest waste of everyone's time.If you have a line out the door go behind the counter and serve ypur customers like ever other store!

Out of regular diesel quite often, sometimes all week. Are they that incompetent or are they just forcing you to buy up their premium fuel?Its OK though because they've still got a wee red light system above the door when it's busy so they can keep you waiting outside to save you from covid.P***ing in a Jerry can and seeing how far it gets you would be preferable to visiting this place ever again.

Horrible service with a bad attitude from a team member towards my friend a week ago and today again I witnessed a horrible behaviour towards a young lady whose dog escaped its lead and followed her inside. Instead of servicing her during her distress, they kept repeating that dogs are not allowed in! The dog escaped and possibly could not read the sign, no need to be rude and patronising the customer who just wants to pay and get out. I would have asked for the manager if I was her.

Don't know what is went wrong with this BP Garage but lately needed adblue on a few occasions and they had none I have tried to get Diesel on numerous occasions as this is the Garage that is on route to my destination with no Diesel at any pump had to go to the one on calder road and they always had it apart from fuel shortage days doesnobody check stock and fuelSince I wrote this review have been back to get Diesel without success on 2 other occasions needs sorted as could lose more customers.

Their collect+ service is appalling. Attempted to collect a small parcel this morning. Needless to say i left the shop without it. Cashier was clueless and just looked at me as if I was stupid. He had a measly attempt to look for it but not much effort. I feel sorry for the customers paying for petrol having to wait while they attempt to search for items. This isnt the first time this has happened so my parcel will just have to get returned as I will not be going back.
