Not that boots cares bought fish easy wash out wax today when I got home I was horrified somebody had put finger in it and used my wax right in the bin will never return again horrendous nobody checked it keep your shop

I hate the self service tills. It's stupid having them in a pharmacy style shop, makes it a pain in the a just to buy one or two items. Better off just doing store collection now.

Pharmacy absolutely useless couldn't advice me on anything. Told me to phone the GP thought the point of the pharmacies was to help reduce people having to go to the GP.

My thanks again to the young girl in Boots opticians in Livingston where I was visiting who fixed my lens back in place and tightened the frames..no charge..all done with a nice smile.

I was the only customer at self check-out and was floundering a bit with too many bags and next to no space to lay them as I fished out my cards. Advantage card wouldn't work adding to the frustration, I gave up and just went on to pay. Receipts tucked away, bags now collected from the floor I exited shop, glancing in disbelief at the assistant who had stared into space throughout. (still no other customers at self check out) Unbeknown to me I had left my purchased item on the weighted scale right of the till and in hindsight recall vaguely a quiet electronic query regarding having collected all items. An hour later when I realised my error I returned. Same young person at tills who retrieved left item. Point being: surely putting a team member on the self checkouts is to offer assistance where needed? Surely simple common sense? What's happened to it?

Went to get faulty Braun shaver exchanged and told no!! Phoned their customer service as advised and told yes should have been swapped over!! Poor poor customer service would not purchase future shavers from boots

Average boots, not as well stocked as the other branches, also needs serve serve tills as queues can be long.

The staff in the optician were very helpful when my 6 year old son unfortunately broke his glasses just before Christmas. They squeezed us in for an appointment and were able to get new glasses ordered up quickly.
