Went to get faulty Braun shaver exchanged and told no!! Phoned their customer service as advised and told yes should have been swapped over!! Poor poor customer service would not purchase future shavers from boots

Average boots, not as well stocked as the other branches, also needs serve serve tills as queues can be long.

The staff in the optician were very helpful when my 6 year old son unfortunately broke his glasses just before Christmas. They squeezed us in for an appointment and were able to get new glasses ordered up quickly.

I visited livingston yesterday and was served by some lovely people young and old. They engaged in conversation and smiled. I commented a few times. This is where it all went wrong. Caroline in boots didnt even give eye contact. She was grumpy didnt smile and was down right rude. If i didnt need the £49 worth of items i would have walked.

It's a small store. It has Boots opticians /hearing tests. Pharmacy . Minor ailments with the pharmacist. Influenza vaccinations.Lots of brand names , good baby care selections. Not able to stock the electronics the big stores have.Snack/sandwiches available. Good wee shop.

Decided to take my monthly prescription to Boots as my local pharmacy usually struggles to fulfill what I'm prescribed and always have to return for the balance. At Boots however, I received all 7 items and only took 30 minutes to dispense. I know where my prescription will be going from now on.
