The only chemist in Craigshill it can get very crowded at busy times. I've found the staff friendly, helpful at all times.

Was in chemist this afternoon with my mum and auntie and the way the pharmacist butted in and told us to stop swearing in the chemist for the 4th time, we weren?t loud we were talking amongst ourselves waiting we were the only people in the chemist waiting at the point. Then he started shouting a bit saying if yous don?t stop talking I?ll put yous out and I won?t give yous your prescription. My auntie started to have a bit of a panic attack and was getting stressed as she dosent come out often but for the way the pharmacist was listening into the conversation saying he told us 4 times when he never was so so rude. Maybe get a new pharmacist or give him a course on customer service. Junkies come in at 9am for their methadone and swear like a trooper in the que when there?s kids passing for school but nothing gets done. Crazy.

Worst chemist ever boots craigshill! Prescription never ready or other issues. Only reason I use it as health centre sends them there.Their excuse is they are busy! Every chemist is busy and don't have these problems
