This is the second bed I have purchased from Bensons, can?t fault the service they provide, my bed was delivered in the time frame agreed and I was given a call 1 hour before delivery. The bed is lovely and really good quality.

Phenomenal service by Nadia and Jack at Bensons for beds livingston. There were few logistical issues at delivery which is no fault of Bensons and Nadia sorted it out ASAP and gave a replacement with a higher quality / price. Orders arrived exactly on the date and delivery gentleman were very professional. Product it self is Amazing and I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. My daughters pink bed put me on the hall of fame in my daughters eyes. Highly recommend ?

As a manager in Car Sales for over a decade, I would just like to express the absolutely phenomenal customer service experienced from Alicja and Jack today. They were both so knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The other bed shops in the area were horrendous in comparison with very old school sales tactics. Thank you so much for making what was a rushed decision, a very easy one and is without doubt, the best bed shop in Livingston!

Jack was fantastic in telling us everything we needed to know and helping us with any questions I had. He was very friendly and was understanding of our kids being with us, nothing was too much for him. He was very cautious of my younger child getting upset and worked through the process quickly and professionally making sure we had all the right information.

Staff member Alicja could not have been any more helpful. She demonstrated great knowledge of both beds & mattresses & showed great patience as we tried several different types. The service we received from first entering the shop up until we completed the purchase was friendly & without pressure & Alicja`s help & guidance was the main reason we purchased from Bensons. We would definitely recommend this Company & the Livingston branch especially.
