Store lack the technical capabilities to deal with watches, especially luxury watches such as Tudor. Couldn?t change over a hybrid strap to a bracelet on a Tudor. However, is a Tudor stockist and said they could. Has been one issue after another with them since purchase in July 2023. Avoid and go elsewhere, such as Chisholm's or Tudor directly.

My wife put my wedding ring in to be refurbished as our tenth wedding anniversary is coming up, they sent the ring away and it was destroyed, rather than trying to get it fixed they tried to buy me off i emailed Blackburn the CEO and she could not even be bothered to acknowledge my email, now Iam left without my wedding ring.

Had a terrible experience in this store. Bought a £75 leather bracelet , colouring came off it in 1 day of office wear . No fix or interest from the staff . Totally different attitude from the tone in selling the product . SO UNPROFESSIONAL AVOID.

A massive thank you to Leigh and team who helped me buy a Tudor watch. The team were helpful, patient and friendly. And when I had a problem with my new watch they were quick to find a solution. It was the perfect shopping experience.

McDonald's great for a quick snack while out shopping in the centre of Livingston.Self ordered quick and efficient, not problem getting a nice clean table,as the cleaner was very busy and friendly while cleaning tables and brushing the floor.
