He confirmed that the brake were mostly fine but did a wee check and a few adjustments anyway. Also discovered I had a puncture. - which he fixed in about 3 minutes flat (I could have worked it out but it would have taken me ages). He signed me up for a low cost £15 maintenance contract - which covered the cost of the puncture and the brakes check - and another spare inner tube. Well done Kyle - very customer focused and made it a pleasure to do business.”
