No big trolleys at main entrance, all those in the trolley park are locked. Asked two trolley staff for help both hummed and shrugged. Now shopping in Sainsbury's. Not going back to Asda.

Huge store, with a slowly diminishing range of stock. Aisles usually littered with boxes, shelves with empty cartons. Not the tidiest of stores. Balanced with mainly friendly and helpful staff (not including the Internet shoppers who use their trolleys as bulldozers).

We shopped twice at the ASDA store in Livingston, before our holiday ended. Got everything we needed, all was fine. Then we 4 ladies took a walk by the river Almond in the Almondvale Park. We counted 8 discarded shopping trolleys in or on the banks of the river!
I felt so ashamed of this.

I recently purchased a bag of mixed nuts based on the ingredient breakdown shown on the packaging: almonds 40%, cashews 30%, hazelnuts 10%, and peanuts 20%.
However, upon opening the bag, I found that the actual contents were completely different ? approximately 90% peanuts, which clearly does not match the advertised mix.
I returned the product to customer service. Unfortunately, the first staff member I spoke with was very impolite and dismissive, and she ignored my concern entirely. After insisting on speaking to someone else, I was eventually told that the product was not originally from ASDA, but rather from an external supplier, and that ASDA holds no responsibility for it.
I find both the misleading packaging and the unprofessional customer service extremely disappointing. I believe customers should be able to trust the accuracy of product labels, regardless of the supplier, especially when the product is sold in-store.
I would appreciate clarification on ASDA?s policy in such cases and what steps will be taken to address this issue.
Thank you.

Went there today and guess what, there is no bread on the shelves in this shop. Luckily there is Aldi and Morrisons nearby. Maybe management could be replaced in Asda to one that would be able to provide essential products for the customers since it's not a problem in other shops 1/4 size of this gigantic waste of space.

Brilliant store, I've never been stuck when shopping here. Great prices when doing the weekly shop. Picked up a few plants and tools for gardening. They're cloths are ideal for out in the garden too. Carpark has the fewest potholes around, too ??????????
