Great in the morning when I bought my items. Friendly, helped with sizes and generally great. Shame that when my partner went back in the afternoon with the M-XXL sized harness that was not as pictured on the box and was hugely too big for my size 12 body, the upper end of medium in most shops, the staff member was extremely unpleasant. I totally understand that the box says be happy with size as can't be returned. However, when an item does not touch any intimate areas, can't be tried on or even looked at before purchase, and doesn't even match the image on the box it feels a little bit unreasonable. Especially as I'm very much an M, so would be very odd of me to intentionally purchase an item that should by all accounts be too small. Not fully sure what else I could have done as the customer in this scenario. I also understand that shops have policies, but as someone who has spent many many years in retail I can say that issues like this can be a)dealt with pleasantly and b)may be found as an exception to the policy. Basically, what I'm trying to say is that I wouldn't even have minded if management said they had to abide by the box and there was nothing they could do, as long as they did it nicely. Happily he is on his way home with my smaller size, unfortunately he had to spend a considerable amount of time arguing to get it. Thanks again to the fantastic morning staff for all your help.

Really nice things in the shop. However they do not do plus sizes unless you shop online. Finding a bra and underwear are really difficult for me being the size I am.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Had an issue with a product and no quibble about changing this over. Helpful staff, range of nice underwear and adult only range is great.

Toys it's my friends birthday soon she is going to be shocked that a went there but it stops her doing the walk off shame they have wide range off toys and lingerie toys for him ect I think you can still threw party's

Absolutely horrid staff between 2 of them came up with 3 cup size different so told I wasn?t able to return although they clearly wernt worn just tried on a little longer than the two seconds I got when fitting went in again and says She would not measure me as I?ve been measured by nearly everyone there, her and another .. pure rude the second I walked in absolute stuck up staff I spent a fortune for nothing to fit me bra wise never tried pants absolutely shocked .. I?ve had kids so obviously my bra size changed but just a no with a pointy nose in the face will not be back the staff are a bloody joke, the clothes on the other hand are stunning ??
