You know what I come to look for staff not a self checkout I suggest they start to look at resinstating staff especially for older people. You know human contact is a very valuable shopping experience I can't believe all the supermarkets literally shutting down in front of our eyes in Scotland we value common sense none of this let's see just digital life is the end of human life we are all not too busy to work and shop so stop this carry on and illusion

Wish I got his name but the guy at checkout (brown hair, upbeat) made my absolute day. Shopped around 7:45/8pm so hope he gets the recognition he deserves! So attentive and was on the ball. I'm a regular Aldi shopper and usually stand for ages if something goes wrong but he was there before I even knew something was going to need approval. Top notch energy and customer service, thank you ??

Before Storm Eowyn hit, the store was in absolute chaos?like a flashback to the early days of COVID! We were desperately hunting for pain au chocolats for my dad, but the shelves were practically stripped bare. Amid the frenzy, we spotted Michelle, a warm and smiley staff member, and asked if she could check the back for us.
With the store in mayhem and stock flying off the shelves, Michelle didn?t just brush us off?she took the time to help. Ten minutes later, she emerged triumphantly with an entire tray of fresh pain au chocolats from the storeroom! That?s real dedication. She went above and beyond, delivering fantastic service when it mattered most.
Michelle, you're a wee star, and if anyone deserves a raise, its you!
