Excellent customer service by Leo at Toolstation Linlithgow. Friendly welcome and excellent service. Polar opposite to the service I experienced in Toolstation Falkirk half an hour earlier. Miserable and rude and a grunt of acknowledgment? poor show TS Falkirk.
