Been plenty times for spare keys for the house and the car and popped in today for a zip repair on a very sentimental bag and was in and out with some very good advice from the lovely manager, Brian. No doubts I will be coming back.

Can't thank Timpsons dry cleaning enough. Put my curtains & pelmet, both hand made to measure, in for dry cleaning & unknown to me the pelmet hand been held together with double sided tape & not stitching. This resulted in it completely coming apart during cleaning. Pamela from the dry cleaning dept called me to advise me of this & said this would be passed to her seamstress, who I found out today was Shona. It was completely repaired by Shona & delivered back to the Linlithgow shop with no extra charge. THANK YOU TIMPSONS. 5 star service from all concerned.

My watch strap was repaired by Timpsons a few weeks ago but unfortunately the strap came away from the watch and I lost the pin.Went into the shop and met Jamie and explained what happened. He apologised and repaired my watch with no fuss.Great service.

Needed a security key cut for the front door. Brian provided excellent service and although Timpson were unable to provide the copy, Brian was able to establish who I should contact to obtain a copy. Friendly & professional service. Highly recommend Timpson for their excellent range of services.

This company, overall, is exceptional. Great ethics and morals. Popped in this week for a simple repair to a handbag. Collected next day. The super lovely chap would not take any money and asked if I wanted to I could make a donation to the charity box on the counter. He even said not to worry if I don?t have cash I could just pop something in to the box next time I passed (as I was going to pay be card). Breath of fresh air.
