I give ryan all of the credit for my great experience at subway linlithgow he gave me very nice and well cooked food he was also very helpful at the till please I beg that I get served by him again.

Was hot an hour before closing time and the staff were absolutely fantastic even though it was late on their shift, respect for that. The service was good and they were very helpful when we struggled to understand the app. The food counter was very clean and looked inviting, the vegetables tasted fresh. All in all a pleasant experience. Better than most other Subway restaurants we have been to.

All sandwiches toasted when some shouldn't have been. Bread used was not all consistent with the order. Food item was missing but they did not mark the delivery as complete so I could not complete the form for a refund. Delivery came almost an hour late when initial delivery time was updated to be 40 minutes later than stated already. This was a massive order as well so I was okay to wait the extra time but just terrible service... Not for me

I'm 64, I come from a pub, restaurant background. Came back to Linlithgow for a funeral for the first time in many years. Stopped at Subway and served by Lewis. The salad boxes were beautifully presented and came exactly as ordered. Lewis is professional, friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble - even with my Thai girlfriends requirements in broken English. Lewis I cannot recommend higher - he will go far with his positiv, professional and affable attitude

Disappointed to see Tripadvisor has falsely labelled it as closed. It is not closed. Went it today and had some excellent cookies. £1.49 for three delicious cookies warms from the oven to share with my 2-year-old! Amazing!

If you want to eat-in then there is limited seating and it gets busy at times. But service is usually good.

Bad attitude, lack of ingredients ment lack of choice, stroppy female staff member, unhelpful and rude, tried to give me the dregs of what looked like an empty chicken tikka tub. Love subway but won't be back in the Linlithgow one.

The staff member who served me clearly wanted to be enjoying her Saturday rather than working. I asked for the price of the Meatballs and she said "don't know" then reluctantly looked at the new menu, which is now so complex and then told me. I was then overcharged £21 for myself and my young daughter. The server then forgot to give us our drinks and then disappeared outback for a cigarette or something. I waited 5 mins to get my drink, only because another customer walked in and the door opening chimed. The table we sat at was also positioned next to the toilet. An awful experience and I'll never return to Linlithgow Subway.
