“Ok....popped my well-worn and much loved black boots in here. To be honest, I was expecting to be told that they were fit for the bin. However, assessed and told yes can do something with the heels. Would you like the soles done as well? So I'm really into reduce waste, re-use recycle and therefore said yes. A bit more to pay but if it saved my boots....?! Not sure I can do something about the scuff marks the guy said, but no matter, I can put up with an odd scuff or two. Came back for them a couple of days later. Like new! No scuff marks at all. Boots saved! Thank you! And in the process, supported local business; gave business to Timpsons - an ethical, socially responsible business and supported someone's employment. What's not to like! Thanks to the highly skilled craftsman and Timpsons for saving my fav boots! ??????????”
