Cans and plastic recycling point r out of service, can?t get an update as to when these will be fixed, can?t get info online or by calling ????
The shop itself is fine however I generally use sainsburys as I can recycle my cans/bottles when there but these seem to consistently break which means I will
Be moving my shopping else where

Shocked and disgusted, I have just finished work as an NHS worker, picked my son up from childcare to be told by your young man on the door that I cannot enter the store with my son. Your Livingston branch allows young dependants into the store with their children so why not Linlithgow. I was told to make him wait in the car. I don?t drive so am I to make my son wait outside in the pouring rain? Further more the woman stood in front of me was allowed in with her roughly 10 year old daughter so why was my 12 year old son penalised. I will take my custom to Morrison?s in future. One very angry NHS worker after a very long day, thanks for nothing.

Thank you doing the early opening and for including Social Care workers in that too. Really grateful for that. Thank you all for being there and for being cheery and chatty while you do it. You are all brilliant. Stay safe and well xx

Really disappointed that you have 're packaged donuts from a paper bag to a plastic box totally not environmentally friendly. You need to 're think particularly when competition is swapping plastic carriers for papers and the likes of McDonalds move to paper straws. So disheartening Sainsbury.
