What a great find in Linlithgow. We found this place after walking out of The Four Marys across the street because of appalling service there. Cafebar 1807 couldn’t have been more accommodating. Lovely place with nice decor, friendly staff, good menu selection and tasty food. I've given 4 stars for service because we waited a long time to get our food, but that could've just been a one off on the day we were there, rather than the norm. I'd go again, it was good value and the food did seem fresh and decent quality... read full comment

It was a nice place, a very nice location near the castle and canal. We had a quick bite for lunch. Service was a little slow, and we had a reservation on the canal boat.
