Woeful lack of responsibility and customer service. The air compressor machine took payment but failed to work. The chap at the counter claimed it has nothing to do with them (despite being on their forecourt), suggested I email somewhere, and wouldn't even put an "out of order" sign on the machine, never mind offer me a refund

Used to use this station most days but stopped as the older lady is proper grumpy!Had to go in on a Friday and the younger girl was absolutely fantastic! My fuel card was playing up and she done everything she could to get it sorted, the five stars is not for BP but for this girl (sorry don't know her name)

Staff attitude is terrible, after you pull them up about taking the mick out of people who can't read due to disabilities they tell you on your next visit that if they'd known it was my husband (who went to get fuel for me) they would never have authorised the fuel. Disgusting behaviour from Grace. Cameras in store need to have sound recording so managers can hear how rude some staff are.

Great food in the store and fairly good selection considering the size of the store. Fuel is expensive. Staff attitude is terrible. Trying to get bread when they had two trolleys blocking the section. I simply asked the staff member if I could get bread and got a terrible attitude. Meanwhile the checkout staff were equally abrupt. In this day and age retail staff have if hard. Yet when they lack simply manners something is wrong

Grace made me feel welcome as she remembered me as a regular after I hadn?t visited the shop for about a year! It was lovely to speak with her and her customer service is always on point! I now actually feel sad I don?t work in Linlithgow anymore. Thanks Grace!From the girl who used to get hash browns every morning. :)
