Very pleasant coffee area with good food and drink selection. The staff were great. The shop area is also nice and has some unusual items. Get there early for a Sunday roast or be disappointed ?

A nice wee garden centre with usual types of gifts, plants and gardening stuff. Restaurant is big and food and drink usually very good. It's table service with friendly staff. We are usually well looked after. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait if busy but staff do let you know and it is worth it as all food is made fresh. The kids menu is good with lots of choice. Good for coffee and cake too. Small outdoor play area for younger children.

Went today for lunch with 3 friends and 1 dog we sat in a glorified tent no heating and dripping wet on arrival lady was very nice with menus then went down hill fast food nice service awful they are not set up for pets will have to think hard before I return

We stopped off for lunch, before choosing a Christmas tree. The restaurant was very busy and the food and service was great.

Had a flat white which had been spilt. Ordered the hot dog which was pretty tasteless, said it came with American mustard but was actually English which almost blew my head off. Overall quality of food was very average and wouldn?t recommend. Coffee was ok and cakes looked good.

Have been visiting Threaplands for years but have noticed a decline in quality of food, quantity on plate and friendliness of staff the past few times we have visited. Today one of the wait staff was quite rude and both women that served us almost made us feel like they were doing us a favour. It was busy so understand that it was perhaps more hectic than usual but still not the service we expected.

Not the best first time experience in my lifetime. Running out of roast before 1.30pm is ridiculous never in my in my catering experience has that ever happened. So we opted for the macaroni & cheese which was lacking in seasoning & cheese was absent. Never been so disappointed & disgusted. Won?t be back or recommending it to anyone.

Great choice of gluten Free menu. GF chicken burger was fantastic, as was the rest of our meals. Big thumbs up from the 5yr old who fairly enjoyed his cheese burger! Staff friendly and welcoming as always. And can't forget Santa, thank you! Super gift bag ?? Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

First of all everything was well presented, the staff we came into contact with we're nice and friendly. We were in for a late lunch on Saturday 16th 2.30pm Christmas journey from Cullen to Inverness, service was incredible slow, lots of tables empty but gadn't been cleared, this wasn't due to short staff or them on break as there was plenty staff hanging around the main service area and till chatting. Food was ok, Cullen skin has a skin on it, Macaroni cheese wasn't that cheesy but the Chile was excellent and puddings amazing but main meals certainly weren't as good as it use to be, very disappointed.
