“This office is only open 8-10am daily. A parcel from eBay was supposed to have been delivered a week ago, but I didn't receive it and there was no note put through the letterbox and no signature required. I went to this sorting office to see if it was there, but it wasn't. The guy there said he'd ask the postman to call me to say if he'd delivered it or not. We'll see if he calls. However the guy who assisted me today was very helpful.”
