I have had average service at times but can’t remember the last time I had abusive overbearing service by staff that are obviously not happy with the systems of their own business.

Booked my van in for a Monday appointment, phoned me on Thursday to tell me didn't know when they could do it. Four days after dropping van off! Overcharged me with a MOT charge on previous visit. Manager told me he couldn't refund. Regional manager told me he would sort this out. Still no resolve and is ignoring my calls.... read full comment

I booked my car into Halfords Leven for a front wheel alignment on Thursday 14th at 2, when I arrived, I was told I would be contacted when the car was ready (on the phone I was not told there would be a wait, I was told that the 2pm slot was when the car would have the work carried out).
