I do not recommend going to Faith hairdressing leven... I was given an appointment on the 10th of March at 5.15, when I showed up that day the shop was shut. I messaged the salon and was told they had shut at 4 as they didn't have anyone in the book... I asked kerry to double check this and get back to me which she did not. I had to call the shop the next day to figure out what had happened, now I know 100% my appointment was booked for the 10th and it was written down in my diary but kerry said i was in for the 31st then asked me what other Fridays I was avaliable. I was then given another appointment on the 24th at 5 so I decided to let everything slide and showed up to the hairdressers again yesterday just to notice when I had got out the car that there was a message there stating that the salon closed at 2 as kerry was not feeling well but didn't think to message me untill 4... 1 hour before my appointment time! Twice I have travelled down from Glenrothes to Leven on my day off work which I rarely get, having to sort out childcare for Maisey, not making any plans due to these appointments. It has been an absolute joke! Over a month now I've been waiting to get my hair done and after the same carry on yesterday as what happened previously I will not be back.

Kerry and her apprentice are both outstanding at what they do! It can't have been easy to stay on top of all of the appointments through the lockdown but she's somehow managed it!On top of all of this definitely my go to hairdresser!Service: Hairstyling

I was very disappointed with the quality of hair colour work completed by Kerry (the owner) on my hair. I got back in touch to try and resolve however Kerry made no attempt to try and arrange an appointment despite seeing pictures showing obvious issues with her work. After two weeks going back and forward trying to arrange a time for my hair to be rectified Kerry stopped responding to my messages. Really poor customer service and quite frankly down right rude and unprofessional. Sad to leave a negative review but I would not recommend this hairdressersService: Hair coloring
