“I wanted to leave some very positive feedback for one of your employees, I think her name was Fiona. I was very stressed as I desperately needed to fill my car with fuel, but I have a lock fuel cap and it was frozen over so I couldn't get the key in. I went and parked in the car park trying to figure out a solution, when Fiona came over and introduced herself in her uniform, and asked if she could help. She recommended putting anti freeze on it, and then her friend came over a heated up my key with a lighter and put it in the lock, which eventually worked. She also told me I could go into the service station and they would get me a cup of boiling water to pour over it if needed. She was an absolute life saver and really lovely and helpful, thank you so much!”
