Badly managed store. I appreciate that goods come by boat so may well be a day old when they arrive in store. Shelves are getting emptied of things like veg, bread and eggs even when the boat sails. The reason is that businesses are using Tesco like a cash and carry. I have seen huge trollies piled high from people I know run restaurants. There are also boat crews coming in and doing the same. There needs to be restrictions on this kind of buying. We are a small community with few supermarkets. Its all a bit unfair.

Very good little Tesco for wee Shetland. Stocks just about anything one would need and more. Even has a little clothing section towards the back of the store. Staff are very friendly and attentive and queues have never been too bad whenever I?ve been there.

Great store, super helpful staff. We?re here for two weeks and needed to stock up. Sarah with the glasses helped us find local dairy products in store, and Sharon was kind enough to find Bubble and Squeak for us. Another lady walked us to the rice. The store is super well stocked, clean and everything is easy to find and the aisles are quite wide too! Truly a ?super? Tesco Store!

I have always found the staff very friendly but the store management leave a lot to be desired. Lack of interest in the welfare of their staff and even less interest when staff continually mess up in departments such as dot com. what a way to run a store and I,m speaking from 22 + years in retail

Good selection and well stocked. Good service at the tills but some of the floor staff could be more aware when talking and blocking the isles
