We had rented a car from Jim's Garage for 7/25/23 before our cruise. The correspondence in advance was great. We were not only given information about the cars and the uncomplicated service but also tips and suggestions for our stay. The payment was unproblematic and the contact and handover with Sharon was great. If you or your boss reads this, thank you. Even that our cruise eventually didn't stopped at the island and we has to cancel- Amazing service. Very responsive to emails. Very helpful. We absolutely recommend to rent from this company. Great prices as well and they let us change from manual to automatic for no extra cost.

Just got back from a weeks holiday in Shetland and hired a car from here. The car was fantastic and the price was very competitive compared to what the other rental places were charging, they price you out of being able to visit the islands.? Can't recommend Jim's Garage enough to people, very friendly staff and, as I said, the car was great. ??Will definitely use again when we can return ??
