We were here on a little stop over and the place looked so nice from the outside we decided to venture in for a wee look see.I can honestly say what we found inside didn't disappoint.The lady behind the bar was lovely and friendly as we're the locals and the dogs that also came to say hello.Great place,worth a visit

The Dipper aka Golden Bannock is a great wee local ,mmmm the locals can be a bit off , if you don't know them .My family has lived in the village for over 30 years but I live in Glasgow so it's great coming back down to the borders .

New to Lauder made very welcome by staff and punters felt like one of the family and the beer was first class only complaint was from my wife as I found it hard to leave the place keep up the good work

Called in for a drink with a couple of locals. I was immediately welcomed with friendly service & chatted to some great customers. The pub has a well stocked bar but doesn't do food.Great selection of photographs on the wall.
