I was very happy with Darren manager in Watershed Boucher road , but since he left looks like customer service left the site as well. We have got two bathrooms for more than 11k , we just moved in to the house after all the work is done etc. (covid delay, order delays blablabl) one part of shower is missing which wasnt delivered. First we were informed it will be send nothing came for weeks , rang again and they actually changed they mind it wont be send now and we have to pay for this part more than £100 because they dont have it in stock. Shocking , not recommend anymore. Since they cant even do what they promised.
