Carol and the team at Plata are absolutely brilliant.I had been looking for a gift for my granddaughter, an Angel whisperer bracelet to complete her set and couldn?t find one anywhere. Carol went beyond any customer service I have ever experienced before and saved the day.Plata a local business with welcoming staff, helpful with a relaxed no pressure sales attitude with their customers.Would recommend Plata team at every opportunity

Can't thank them enough. Very helpful and invested staff. They explained they don't normally do engagement rings but were very excited at the prospect of helping me out to pick and design a ring. More importantly she loves it and said yes!
